Building a Central Nervous System with No-Code & AI

We designed a three-part automation strategy to create a seamless flow of data and actions from the moment a lead showed interest to when they became a fully engaged, paying customer.

Automated Sales & Onboarding Workflow

Using no-code tools, we built a central automation that connected their CRM, contract software, and product backend. When a salesperson marked a deal as "Closed-Won" in the CRM, the automation instantly generated the contract, created the user's account in the product, and assigned a success manager.

Personalised User Onboarding Email Sequence

We created a behaviour-driven email sequence for new trial users. The AI-powered system sent targeted emails with tips and tutorials based on which features the user had (or had not) engaged with, guiding them toward the "aha!" moment.

AI Chatbot for In-App Support

An AI chatbot was embedded within the SyncUp platform. It was trained on their full knowledge base to answer user questions directly within the app, reducing support tickets and helping users solve problems without leaving the platform.
